Amazon Ads is seeking a senior ML scientist to innovate at scale in advertising. You will research and deploy generative AI, end-to-end projects, and collaborate with engineers, PMs and fellow scientists to ship high-impact models.

Ideal candidates have a strong ML background, PhD or equivalent, and experience building production systems that affect millions of customers and advertisers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ML model building for real business applications.
• Proficiency with Python, Java, or C++ and deep learning methods.

Responsabilités

• Research and build next-generation ML solutions, including generative AI and LLMs for advertising.
• Own end-to-end projects from problem framing to production models.
• Design experiments to validate hypotheses and measure business impact.
• Build models balancing customer and advertiser needs.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs and scientists to ship and iterate.
