Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking highly skilled researchers to advance our Sponsored Products and Brands AI initiatives. You will work on generative AI solutions that power advertising experiences across Amazon and third-party environments, shaping product discovery and performance insights.

You will collaborate with engineers and product managers, mentor junior scientists, and stay updated on cutting-edge modeling techniques to drive advertiser outcomes and learning efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of building machine learning models for business applications.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.
• Experience with large scale distributed systems and ML tooling.

Responsibilities

• Communicate technical and non-technical ideas with teammates and stakeholders.
• Design, implement and launch AI solutions end-to-end.
• Define a long-term science vision and roadmap for Offsite advertising.
• Lead or contribute to design of complex software or systems.
• Conduct A/B experiments to evaluate proposed solutions using data analyses.
