You will design and implement end-to-end AI systems, collaborating with engineers and product managers to deploy solutions that impact billions of interactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of building machine learning models for business applications
• PhD, or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning

Responsibilities

• Communicate technical ideas effectively to teammates and stakeholders
• Design scientifically-complex software solutions or systems
• Define a long-term science vision and roadmap for Offsite advertising
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deploy AI solutions end-to-end
• Design and run A/B experiments to evaluate proposed solutions
• Identify opportunities where GenAI can accelerate learning and advertiser outcomes
• Mentor junior scientists and foster a high-performing team culture
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in modeling techniques
