Qualifications

• 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application
• PhD, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of applied research experience
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of current literature and advance novel science solutions leveraging SoTA solutions
• Build and develop AI/ML models and supporting infrastructure at TB scale with software teams
• Leverage Deep Learning and GenAI for foundation models and personalized optimization
• Develop offline policy estimation tools and integrate with econometric models
• Establish scalable, automated processes for large-scale data analyses, science development and validation
• Analyze large volumes of data to automate and optimize business processes
• Work with business to understand problems and identify opportunities
• Use AI/ML, data mining, statistics to create actionable, scalable solutions
• Design, develop and evaluate innovative models to predict customer behavior and solve business problems
