Qualifications

• 4+ years of building machine learning models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Ask research questions about customer behavior and build state-of-the-art models to generate recommendations.
• Run models directly on the Amazon retail website and measure impact with scientific tools.
• Mentor Applied Scientists and software development engineers with ML expertise.
