You will frame problems with the business, find data, build and validate models, and stay with them through deployment and monitoring, with an ML engineer collaborating on the production side.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on applied data science with measurable business impact.
• Models used to drive paid media decisions: spend, bidding or ad serving; attribution alone doesn't qualify.
• Built models explained down to loss function and architecture choice, including neural networks.

Responsibilities

• Build models to decide which carrier an auto insurance shopper sees on the click wall.
• Own the buying models behind media spend, with ROAS as a target.
• Frame problems with business, find data, build and validate models, and deploy with monitoring.
• Collaborate with an ML engineer on production side; initial focus on auto insurance with expansion to other verticals.
