Launch Potato is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to build and operate machine-learning models for auto-insurance ad serving, carrier matching, and media bidding. You will own the full data-science lifecycle—framing problems, sourcing data, validating, deploying, and monitoring—while partnering with an ML engineer on production delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on applied data science with measurable business impact.
• Experience driving paid media decisions: spend, bidding or ad serving.
• End-to-end model ownership: data sourcing, training, deployment, monitoring.
• Ability to explain model choices and loss functions in plain terms.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities
