Associated Bank is seeking a Principal Applied AI Product Manager to discover, build, and deliver AI-enabled products that improve revenue workflows, banker capacity, operating efficiency, and adoption across Corporate and Commercial Banking.

In this hands-on role, you will work directly with frontline users, turn business problems into practical capabilities, and own assigned products from discovery through governed release and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years in product management, digital delivery or AI-related roles.
• Experience leading complex products with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of governed AI delivery and data-enabled products.
• 3+ years influencing cross-functional stakeholders in regulated environments.
• 6+ years working with users to define problems and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-enabled products from discovery to governed release and adoption.
• Collaborate with bankers and stakeholders to define outcomes and adoption measures.
• Translate business problems into user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities, testing, and risk controls.
• Ensure risk, data privacy, and regulatory expectations are built in from the start.
• Monitor product usage, impact, adoption, and continuously improve.
• Deliver AI capabilities (agents, data flows, integrations) within existing workflows.
• Align partners across business, technology, risk, and operations around decisions.
