Job summary

JPMorganChase is hiring for an Applied AI ML Senior Associate to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You will drive data-driven AI/ML capabilities across the firm with cross-functional collaboration and hands-on implementation.

You will lead technical work on LLM orchestration, GenAI frameworks, and AI agent development, mentoring team members and partnering with stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of applied experience in data science, ML, or related areas.
• Strong Python programming with PySpark, Spark SQL, and data manipulation.
• Experience LLM orchestration and Agentic AI libraries.
• Proficiency with GenAI models (OpenAI or similar) to solve business problems.
• Experience building AI agents and Agentic frameworks.
• Experience with Databricks data lakes and processing workflows.
• Ability to leverage AI agents/tools, e.g., Co-Pilot, to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data-driven AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on work with LLMs and agentic frameworks (Langchain/LangGraph).
• Develop AI/ML and GenAI solutions to address business needs.
• Work with Python and ML libraries to productionize end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
• Engage in R&D of innovative AI solutions and mentor teammates.
• Collaborate with teams across the firm to align with mission and goals.
