FLYPS, a high‑tech software house, seeks an experienced Senior Applied AI Engineer to build and improve production AI systems with hands‑on LLM work. You will design, implement, and scale AI‑enabled software with measurable quality and reliability.

You will provide technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with clients to define requirements. Proficiency with LLMs, AI tools, and modern backend tech is essential; remote work and bilingual environment are supported.

• Diagnose and improve AI systems by analysing code, data, logs and traces
• Choose approaches from simple workflows to agentic architectures
• Build evaluations and regression tests to measure quality
