Job summary

National Debt Relief is seeking Senior Applied AI Engineers to join our Data & AI organization. You will own the hands-on implementation of enterprise-grade GenAI solutions, from prototyping to deployment, affecting client experiences and internal operations.

You will work with product, data, and engineering teams to build AI-powered chatbots, document processing, and knowledge assistants, ensuring scalable and compliant solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is required.
• 6+ years of experience in ML, NLP, AI engineering, software engineering, and data engineering with recent focus on LLMs/GenAI.
• Proven, hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI chatbots in the past 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and deploy Generative AI solutions across client-facing and internal platforms.
• Build and optimize applications using LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.
• Own hands-on development of AI-powered chatbots with production-grade performance, scalability, and compliance.
• Lead development of AI agents for digital and voice channels, enabling real-time client and user interactions.
• Collaborate with external vendors to evaluate GenAI platforms and drive production rollouts.
