The Senior Applied AI Engineer will blend hands-on coding with strategic planning, guiding a small team through data migration, agentic software development, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of building and deploying production software, data, automation, or AI solutions.
• Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals (versioning, testing, CI/CD, APIs, cloud-native).
• Experience delivering production AI applications using agent/multi-agent orchestration, RAG, tool integrations, context/harness/loop/graph engineering, and evals.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into production AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Architect and build agentic systems, RAG, tool integrations, and enterprise connections.
• Lead the pod, set engineering standards, review designs and code, and build repeatable capabilities across the enterprise.
