Raise is building an AI-native loyalty platform. This role owns conversational AI workflows and decision models for loyalty campaigns, translating business goals into campaign recommendations and production-ready models.

You'll work on production LLM engineering, causal inference and experimentation, shaping product impact and evaluation with direct access to CTO and leadership. We welcome full-time or contract engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years shipping and operating customer-facing software with LLMs
• Experience developing, evaluating and deploying predictive or decision models
• Experience with LLM APIs, structured outputs, tool calling and backend integration
• Applied knowledge of experimental design and uplift modeling
• Understanding of data leakage, uncertainty and production monitoring
• Ability to work independently and explain trade-offs
• PhD in ML or related quantitative field preferred; strong shipped LLM product experience can outweigh degree

Responsabilités

• Build conversational AI workflows to define goals and review campaign recommendations
• Develop and evaluate models for customer behavior, targeting and offer recommendations
• Help design experiments that distinguish likely customer behavior from the incremental effect of an offer
• Define data requirements and success measures with engineering, product and finance
• Build evaluations and monitoring for accuracy, reliability, cost and measurable business outcomes
• Work with data and backend engineers to bring AI capabilities into production with appropriate permissions, privacy controls and human approval
• Choose practical methods for the available data and improve them as evidence accumulates
