Job summary

TrueLoyal, a loyalty software company based in San Antonio, TX, is hiring a Head of Loyalty to shape the loyalty strategy for mid-market brands. You will design program economics, supervise live programs, and guide both pre- and post-sales activities with a data-driven approach.

You will work with a small team and leverage AI, data, and a robust corpus of program data across 300+ brands to drive value, growth, and customer retention.

Qualifications

• Know loyalty programs, pricing, and lifecycle economics.
• Ability to design and review loyalty programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication in business contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own loyalty program designs and economics standards.
• Lead account reviews with actionable recommendations, not slides.
• Model liability and accrual for proposed designs.
• Produce scalable outputs with AI to support fast delivery.
• Represent the company in industry events and client-facing forums.
• Collaborate with product, data, and AI teams to shape roadmap.
