Hologic recruits a Senior Applied AI Engineer to translate business problems into practical AI solutions across the company. This is a hands-on role spanning discovery with business teams to production deployment and user adoption, with a focus on measurable impact.

You will split time between business-facing work and engineering, designing and building AI copilots, RAG apps, and automation on Azure OpenAI, Claude, and Copilot. Strong Python/JS/C# skills and clear communication are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 5–8 years in software, solutions, data, or ML engineering with at least 2 years in AI/automation projects.
• Strong programming skills: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or similar; willingness to use low-code when suitable.

Mansioni

• Partner with business teams to discover problems where AI adds value and define success metrics.
• Design and build AI solutions (copilots, RAG apps, automation) on Azure OpenAI, Claude, Copilot.
• Implement enterprise-grade practices: versioning, testing, CI/CD, security, and monitoring.
• Ensure deployment readiness, adoption, and ongoing improvements across enterprise systems.
