Job summary

Humanscale is seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Engineer to identify, develop, and implement AI solutions that automate processes and improve decision-making across the organization.

You will build prototypes and production-ready applications using Python, Streamlit, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure AI services. Collaboration with IT, Security, and business teams is essential to deliver scalable, governance-aware AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in software development, analytics, data engineering, AI, machine learning, automation, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using large language models, enterprise AI platforms, or cloud AI services.
• Experience with AI platforms and tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or similar technologies.
• 2+ years of programming experience in Python or other modern languages.
• Strong foundation in APIs, JSON, structured data, SQL, databases, and common data formats.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities across departments and stakeholders to automate processes and improve decision-making.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI-driven solutions and proofs-of-concept.
• Integrate AI solutions with ERP, CRM, document management, and workflow platforms.
• Establish governance, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop reviews for trustworthy AI outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Data Management, and business units to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
