Qualifications

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end agentic solutions for customers by understanding their business objectives, clarifying assumptions, and making informed trade-off decisions across areas such as model selection, orchestration patterns, tool and context design, evaluation and guardrails, and latency/cost optimization.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, diving deeply into technical details, identifying opportunities and risks, and contributing to constructive discussions that accelerate platform and service adoption.
• Leverage existing design patterns and reusable artifacts where appropriate, and create new solution designs with potential for future reuse when novel approaches are required.
• Develop and deliver technical content such as presentations, workshops, sample code, and white papers that educate customers on best practices and incorporate lessons learned from real-world engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, engineering, and support to translate customer feedback into technical requirements, resolve root-cause issues, and progress opportunities through their lifecycle.
