Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee end-to-end production support and complex system projects across enterprise environments. You will coordinate resources, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement in incident management and system performance.

The role requires collaboration with product users and stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain documentation, and implement robust configuration and processes for production and non-production environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support.
• Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care or related field and Minimum eight (8) years working in IT or operations. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex business-specific IT projects and coordinate resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system problems.
• Monitor enterprise systems' performance and ensure timely solutions.
• Create and maintain system configuration and documentation.
• Provide complex application administration for production and non-production environments.
