Job summary

• Minimum eight (8) years experience in business operations, IT consulting, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Translates business plans into tactical action items and aligns team goals with departmental strategies.
• Leads cross-functional teams, hires, trains, and develops talent for growth opportunities.
• Manages forecasting and budgeting for IT staffing, purchasing, operations and capital budgets.
