Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Senior R&D Manager to lead the Applications Development team for Thermal and Assembly Solutions in the Electronic Materials business. You will drive new product development, oversee customer qualifications, and serve as the main technical interface to customers in semiconductor packaging and displays.

The role leads a team of scientists and engineers, collaborates with synthesis and formulation groups, and shapes technology roadmaps through customer

Qualifications

10+ years in semiconductor and/or displays with material commercialization.
Experience leading applications development, on-site evaluations, and process integration.

Responsibilities

Lead TAS applications development and coordinate with marketing and customers.
Drive new product development and product qualification at customers.
Develop capabilities to integrate offerings into customer applications.
Build roadmaps and conduct technology reviews with customers.
Participate in industry forums to establish Solstice as a tech provider.
Manage COE and coordinate R&D across global teams.
