Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
10+ years of industrial experience in semiconductor materials and related technologies.
Experience in materials formulation, process development, applications engineering, and product commercialization.

Responsibilities

Lead development and commercialization of advanced electronic materials; formulation, characterization, scale-up, and customer qualification.
Establish structure-property-process-performance relationships to improve material performance.
Design DOE studies and apply statistical analysis for lab, cleanroom, and customer-site evaluations.
Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to launch new products.
Develop methods, recommendations, process windows, and test protocols meeting requirements.
Lead root-cause investigations and drive CAPA across teams and partners.
Support installation, qualification, optimization, and troubleshooting of processes at customer sites.
Prepare technical reports and commercialization documentation.
Foster safety, quality, and continuous improvement culture.
