Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior technical advisor to act as the primary technical liaison for partners from concept through development, providing deep hands-on support and shaping telecom device strategies.

You will build strong partnerships with hardware and module makers, drive network integration, and guide standardized processes while leveraging AI tools for efficient problem solving and product improvements.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Telecommunication / Chipset / Module industries.
• LTE/VoLTE/NAS/SMS call flow analysis with modem logs & PCAP traces.
• Knowledge of EPC/5G Core, RAN, and packet/signal gateways.
• Strong command of HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, ICMP.
• Device-level interfaces across LTE and IoT ecosystems.
• Programming & automation with Python and shell scripting.
• Network performance analysis and optimization (latency, RF conditions).
• Fluent daily AI user for drafting, summarizing, researching and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor for partners from the initial concept phase.
• Provide deep, hands-on technical support throughout the development lifecycle.
• Forge strong technical partnerships with device and module makers.
• Drive the development and support cycles with manufacturers to ensure their products meet network requirements efficiently.
• Architect and implement standardized processes for critical operations.
• Serve as a key technical authority who excels at cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive the development of self-service tools and resources to empower partners and customers.
• Actively establish and manage channels for collecting partner feedback, ensuring their insights are incorporated into product and service enhancements.
