Job summary

Skylo Technologies in Mountain View, CA is seeking an Application Engineer for Satellite IoT to serve as the technical bridge between Skylo and device OEMs, guiding design and integration for satellite connectivity.

You will lead end-to-end device onboarding, troubleshooting, and program management, shaping how new devices reach the Skylo Network, with emphasis on LTE/5G, protocol analysis, and automation using Python.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Telecommunication/Chipset/Module industries.
• In-depth LTE/VoLTE, NAS, and SMS call flow analysis with logs/PCAP expertise.
• Knowledge of EPC/5G Core, RAN, gateways.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end device commercialization and partner support.
• Design and architecture consulting for satellite devices.
• Integration support and troubleshooting across the development lifecycle.
• Pre-certification and validation with manufacturers to meet network requirements.
• Program management and cross-functional leadership for device onboarding.
