This role combines hands-on technical leadership with mentoring, partnering with Sales and Business Development to shape capture strategies and ensure high-quality customer engagement from initial contact

Qualifications

• Lead technical engagements with customers during pre-sales activities.
• Translate customer requirements into battery, BMS, and thermal management architectures.
• Mentor applications engineering staff and ensure high-quality technical delivery.
• Support RFIs/RFPs with technical volumes and trade studies.
• Collaborate with Sales and BD to shape capture strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical interface for customers during pre-sales engagements.
• Lead solution discussions, architecture trade studies, and technical presentations.
• Guide customer evaluations, demonstrations, and early prototype efforts.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks in the sales cycle.
• Manage and mentor applications engineering staff.
