Qualifications

• SME in at least one area of Applications Development (Java/Spring Boot, NoSQL Database, Distributed Messaging).
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Selenium).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience managing global technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish goals and conduct personnel duties (design/code reviews, performance evaluations).
• Provide strategic influence and control over resources, budget management and planning.
• Integrate knowledge of applications development with overall technology function to achieve goals.
• Assess risk when making business decisions and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and Citigroup policies.
• Communicate with senior leaders and external parties as necessary.
