Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta seeks a Senior Applications & Data Analyst to own CFGA's ERP, CRM, and cloud systems. You will ensure data integrity, build dashboards, and lead integrations across Finance, Programs, and Grants Management.

The role blends hands-on administration with strategic projects, including ERP/CRM implementations and data workflows, in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years in applications administration, systems analysis, or IT project delivery.
  • ERP and CRM implementation or administration experience.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills; able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or co-lead end-to-end ERP implementation and upgrades.
  • Administer CRM platforms, data migrations, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 application support and manage vendor escalations.
  • Administer Azure/Azure SQL/Entra ID and support data pipelines and governance.
  • Design reports and data visualizations for executive decision-making.

We are seeking a Senior Applications & Data Analyst who brings technical depth and a collaborative spirit to help us build a more connected, data-informed organization.The RoleWHERE SYSTEMS MEET MISSIONThe Senior Applications & Data Analyst serves as the primary owner of CFGA's enterprise application portfolio — including ERP, CRM, and cloud-hosted business systems — while ensuring data integrity, meaningful reporting, and seamless integrations across the Foundation. This role is both hands-on and strategic: equal parts systems administrator, data engineer, project lead, and trusted partner to Finance, Programs, and Grants Management.The ideal candidate has navigated complex implementation cycles, can diagnose a broken workflow and redesign it, and understands that behind every data field is a person whose work depends on getting it right.Key ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU’LL DOERP Administration & ImplementationLead or co-lead end-to-end ERP implementation and upgrade projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live supportServe as the primary system administrator, managing user access, workflow configuration, and system integrityPartner with Finance, HR, and Operations to align ERP functionality with evolving business processes and reporting requirementsDevelop and maintain integration touchpoints between the ERP and downstream business systemsCRM Administration & ImplementationAdminister and optimize the Foundation's CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Blackbaud, or equivalent), ensuring clean data, effective workflows, and strong user adoptionLead or co-lead CRM implementation or migration projects, including data migration planning, stakeholder engagement, and training programsDesign and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that support donor stewardship, grant management, and community engagement activitiesApplication Support & Portfolio ManagementProvide Tier 2/3 support across the Foundation's software portfolio, troubleshooting complex issues and managing vendor escalationsDocument system configurations, standard operating procedures, and data dictionariesEvaluate, recommend, and onboard new business applications aligned with organizational strategyManage vendor relationships and service-level agreements for key platformsMicrosoft Azure & Cloud InfrastructureAdminister Foundation systems hosted on Microsoft Azure, including Azure SQL, Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, and related cloud servicesSupport data pipeline and warehouse development using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, or comparable toolsEnsure data governance, security compliance, and disaster recovery protocols are current, tested, and documentedMonitor Azure resource utilization and recommend cost optimization strategies aligned with the Foundation's budgetData Analysis & ReportingDesign and deliver reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support executive decision-making and programmatic reportingConduct data quality audits and implement remediation strategies across core systemsCollaborate with program, finance, and grants management staff to surface data-driven insightsSupport annual audit and compliance reporting through accurate data extraction and reconciliationQualificationsWHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or Related Experience5+ years of progressive experience in applications administration, systems analysis, or IT project deliveryDemonstrated ERP implementation or administration experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or equivalent)Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, Blackbaud CRM / Raiser's Edge, or equivalent) including configuration and data migrationWorking proficiency with Microsoft Azure — Azure AD / Entra ID, Azure SQL, and cloud storageStrong SQL skills and experience with relational database managementAbility to translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholdersProven capacity to manage projects independently and deliver on deadlineDemonstrated success in building and maintaining constructive partnerships across departments.Commitment to the CFGA mission of equity and shared prosperity for all.PreferredMicrosoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, DP-900, or higher)Experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, foundation, or public sector environmentsProficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable data visualization toolsExperience with data integration platforms (Azure Data Factory, MuleSoft, Boomi, or equivalent)Familiarity with grants management systems (Fluxx, Submittable, or comparable platforms)PMP, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent project or service management certificationHOW YOU WORKAnalytical & Systems Thinking - Approaches problems with structured curiosity — models data flows, traces root causes, and designs solutions that hold over time.Stakeholder Partnership - Builds trust with finance, program, and grants staff by listening first.
