Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years software development delivering complex applications.
• 7+ years with C#, .NET, SQL, and web tech (Angular).
• 7+ years applying OOD and design patterns.
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring.
• Experience conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.
• Proficient with Git in a team environment.
• Nebraska Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop & enhance applications across the full stack with high-quality, maintainable code.
• Design, develop, and maintain front-end to back-end services and databases.
• Own projects through full SDLC: analysis, planning, design, coding, testing, documentation.
• Write and maintain unit tests; follow secure coding practices to prevent regressions.
• Provide technical leadership in architecture, code reviews, and standards enforcement.
• Collaborate with support and end-users; keep documentation up to date.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Mentor junior developers through pair programming and knowledge sharing.
• Adhere to bank policies and compliance requirements.
