Job summary

Storage Asset Management seeks an Applications Analyst to oversee day-to-day administration and optimization of enterprise applications. You’ll bridge business needs and IT, ensuring reliable operation, proper security, and accurate data across platforms.

You’ll configure users, roles, and workflows while collaborating with stakeholders on enhancements. Training and documentation creation are key, with a focus on process improvement and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2–4+ years supporting or administering business applications.
• Strong communication skills for end-user support and training.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple systems and priorities.
• Proven troubleshooting and vendor coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SAM’s enterprise software applications for daily operations.
• Serve as the primary contact for application-related support issues and troubleshooting.
• Configure and maintain system settings, roles, permissions, and workflows.
• Monitor usage, identify efficiency improvements, and coordinate with IT/vendors.
• Lead user onboarding, training, and create user-friendly documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy through audits, validations, and cleanup activities.
