Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates’ 4,sight – Check Imaging Solutions is seeking an advanced Applications Analyst with a background in item and image processing. This customer-facing role installs, supports, and trains clients on the 4,sight application, including electronic X9 files and Check 21 processing.

This is a remote position with travel up to 25% for on-site installations and engagements. Ideal candidates have banking/credit union experience and strong communication skills to map client systems to

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a bank and/or credit union.
Minimum of 2 years of item processing experience.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site installations, including weekends and 2-week engagements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide remote or on-site software installation services and ensure applications are installed and fully functional.
Analyze the customer’s existing products before installation and map their system to the Jack Henry product.
Define parameters within the software in consultation with customers.
Train customers on feature functionality and use of the application.
Communicate customer needs to appropriate personnel.
Notify personnel of any application issues.
Interact with the Project Manager on various issues.
Assist customers in validating accurate data conversion.
Analyze transaction processing as needed.
Mentor and train employees.
Perform other duties as assigned.
