Responsibilities

• Document processes and activities to maintain highly reliable IT systems
• Provide required elements to Call Tracking, Project Management, Change Management, and Disaster Recovery Services Guides
• Support organization, division, and peers as a critical IT function including after hours support
• Coordinate with end-users, vendors, and staff on design, testing, implementation, and documentation
• Lead junior staff and provide training and mentoring
• Assist with budgeting activities
• Ensure system availability and security per policies
