Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• Epic accreditation or certification must be kept up to date within 90 days of hire.
• 4 years of industry-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requests, workflow requirements and business objectives to develop system solutions for moderately complex initiatives.
• Lead and support small to medium-sized projects, upgrades, enhancements and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate workflow impacts, configure functionality and implement improvements.
• Perform system testing, coordinate deployments, develop documentation and provide ongoing support for production applications.
• Monitor timelines, identify risks, and take corrective actions to ensure delivery of project objectives.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or equivalent education/experience
