Job summary

Providence is seeking an Epic applications subject matter expert to design, build, test, and optimize Cadence and Prelude deployments across a large health system. You will apply advanced knowledge of healthcare workflows to deliver reliable Epic solutions that meet operational needs.

You will analyze requests, lead small to mid-size projects, coordinate testing and deployment, and document processes. You will collaborate with clinicians, IS partners, and vendors to improve patient care.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or equivalent education/experience.
Epic accreditation or certification (must be kept up to date) within 90 days of hire.
4 years of Industry related experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze user requests, workflow requirements, and business objectives to develop effective system solutions.
Lead and support small to medium-sized projects, upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution efforts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure system functionality, and implement process improvements.
Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and ensure successful delivery of objectives.
