Job description

Reporting to the Learning Services TrakCare Training Manager, the TrakCare Application Trainer role is to analyze TrakCare/IntelliCare training needs, design, develop and deliver training collateral for instructor‑led classroom, virtual and asynchronous online courses.

Key Tasks

• Plan prepare and research TrakCare/IntelliCare training requirements.
• Design, develop and maintain TrakCare/IntelliCare training materials for classroom delivery, eLearning modules and assessments.
• Deliver training courses, in classroom and virtually as needed. Majority of the training courses are eLearning.
• Perform training course evaluations and participant assessments.
• Continually evaluate and update training courses to help improve delivery and content.
