Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and project coordination in complex IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead application projects, including major upgrades and new system implementations.
• Provide mentorship and share best practices in application support.
• Develop standardized procedures and documentation to optimize workflows.
• Resolve escalated issues and provide advanced troubleshooting for complex problems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align software functionality with goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and provide service line leadership.
• Assist with data standards, security, and regulatory requirements in applications.
• Support Enterprise Architecture/Tech Review processes.
