Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a Senior Application Systems Analyst to provide analytical, tier 2/3 technical support for business applications and to mentor junior team members. The role emphasizes documentation, root-cause analysis, and enhancing system reliability within a complex IT landscape.

The incumbent will work with Fiserv Signature core banking software, gather requirements, map data between systems, and lead project tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (Software development track) or Engineering with a programming concentration AND at least 3 years' relevant work experience.
• Associate's Degree With at least 6 year's work experience
• High School Diploma With at least 8 years' work experience

Responsibilities

• Support, install, troubleshoot, maintain, and manage applications.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in IT projects to create new solutions.
• Test, implement, document, and support core banking solutions.
• Create architecture, design, and data flow diagrams using Visio or equivalent.
• Mentor application support analysts and collaborate with team members.
