Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years' experience in IT or banking.
• Experience with Fiserv Signature core banking software.
• Experience with automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, tier 2/3 technical support for core banking applications.
• Mentor junior team members and document application support and implementation.
• Lead root cause analysis to improve reliability and performance.
• Represent IS in meetings with business units and with Fiserv Signature capabilities.
• Interact with Fiserv to solve problems and implement projects.
• Develop architecture, data flow, and design diagrams; maintain documentation.
• Support ETL solutions using SQL and other languages/tools.
• Map data between core systems and coordinate SDLC activities.
