Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field and 4–6 years in application support.
• Solid understanding of enterprise software, system architecture, and integration.
• Proficiency with SQL databases and complex queries.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools for diagnostics and log analysis.
• Scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex application issues and drive resolutions.
• Share knowledge with junior analysts.
• Collaborate with development and product teams on system design.
• Investigate incidents and document RCA and summaries.
• Maintain ticketing, escalation, and knowledge management.
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed diagnostics.
• Develop runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
• Test software releases prior to deployment.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement scripts.
• Stay current on AI/ML trends relevant to support.
