Job Description:

• Analyze business requirements, assess alternative solutions, design, develop, and implement.
• Application code/fixes as required for a successful migration solution.
• Provide analysis for highly complex programs; formulate logic for key migration activities including the extraction, conversion, and ingestion into FileNet. Responsible for proof of concept using data sampling and provide repeatable data transformations.
• Provide data-driven reports to verify the quality and quantity of imported data.
• Provide timely and accurate testing, validation, and reconciliation reports. Provide summaries and plans of action for any irregularities found.
• Maintain the migration schedule, including timelines, testing plans, and reconciliation plans.
• Deliver technical reports, project status updates, and completion information to managers and/or users.
• Analyze problems and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to create data maps to match source data to destination data, including field-level mapping and documentation of data transformations.
• Document work processes and manage internal teams and partners on tools or new features as developed.
• Prioritize and resolve immediate technical issues.
• Be flexible and willing to work after hours or on weekends for urgent migration tasks.

Expertise and/or Relevant Experience (Mandatory):

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, problem solving, development, data migrations, and/or working with Enterprise Content Management application repositories.
• 4+ years of experience with Db2 and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
• 3+ years of experience in data extraction, transformation, migration, and load processes.
• 2+ years of experience with .NET Core, Angular, Telerik, Bootstrap, Entity Framework, API services, CSS, and HTML5.

Desirable but Not Mandatory:

• Experience with DevOps methodologies for development and testing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Broad understanding of FileNet P8 Platform Repository.
• Knowledge of repositories, Object Stores, and Taxonomy.
• Proficiency in writing, maintaining, and optimizing complex SQL code.
• Experience with database backup and recovery.
• Experience with C# and VB.Net.
• Experience with Kofax Capture or IBM DataCap.
• Experience with BI and data warehouse tools.
• Experience working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
• Relevant certifications and licenses are advantageous.
