Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Programmer to lead and support the customization and configuration of Intelligrants Grant Management Software for disaster recovery grants. The ideal candidate will supervise development efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive technical decisions to align with State requirements and agency-specific functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the coding practices and outputs of Intelligrants application programmers
• Customize and configure Intelligrants to meet agency-specific disaster recovery needs
• Collaborate closely with the Application Architect and Database Administrator
• Support the design and implementation of Intelligrants for effective disaster recovery grant management
• Ensure development best practices and adherence to software architecture standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven expertise in Intelligrants grant management software architecture
• Strong hands-on experience in Intelligrants source code development
• Proficiency in Python, Heroku, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft Power BI
• Strong communication and leadership skills
