Job Title: Senior Application Programmer

Scope of Services:

1. Supervise the coding practices of application programmers who specialize in Intelligrants grant management software.
2. Customize or configure Intelligrants coding to provide agency-specific functionality.
3. Collaborate with the application architect and database administrator to assist in designing the use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management, based on the complexity of State use.

Mandatory Expertise and/or Relevant Experience:

1. High level of expertise in Intelligrants grant management software architecture.
2. Extensive experience in Intelligrants source code development using Python, Heroku PostgreSQL, and Microsoft Power BI.

Note: Lumen and its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.). The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop setup will be provided by Lumen’s client, enabling access to required systems and technology.
