Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical applications, quotations, proposals, or related functions.
• Experience interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
• Experience creating technical quotations and proposals.
• Experience supporting customized, engineered-to-order, or complex applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotations, technical information, and proposal drawings for standard and complex customer applications.
• Evaluate customer requirements and assist partners and end users in selecting the most appropriate product.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to clarify requirements and provide project updates.
• Provide advanced technical support and engineering product expertise.
• Log quotations, manage priorities, and follow up on opportunities to improve win rates.
• Collaborate with planning, sales, and engineering to execute projects on time.
