Job summary

Invictus Pro Talent is seeking a Senior Application Developer to build, maintain, and implement SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition and Onboarding applications in Atlanta. You will configure complex TA&O setups, perform advanced development and testing, and ensure smooth deployments with minimal supervision.

You will partner with product managers and business teams to deliver integrated solutions, manage incidents and requests, and coordinate vendor relationships to support ongoing improvements

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience (typically 5+).
• Experience with SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition & Onboarding modules preferred.
• Experience with other talent acquisition applications preferred (e.g., Smart Recruiters, Paradox, LinkedIn, HireRight).

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SuccessFactors TA&O configurations to meet business needs.
• Develop, test and deploy fixes or updates for TA&O applications.
• Communicate with users and provide advanced application support.
• Provide business consultation and complex technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align configurations with project goals.
• Lead incident tickets and user requests prioritization.

The Senior Application Developer, SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition & Onboarding job builds, maintains, integrates and implements talent acquisition and onboarding applications within the organization. With minimal supervision, this job performs business consulting, complex application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.

Essential Functions

• SUCCESSFACTORS & OTHER TALENT ACQUISITION & ONBOARDING APPLICATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Builds complex application configurations to meet user and business requirements while identifying improvements to complex application support processes and procedures.
• SUCCESSFACTORS & OTHER TALENT ACQUISITION & ONBOARDING APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT: Performs advanced programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases and new product implementations.
• USER COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT: Plays a key role and keeps an open channel of communication with users to respond to complex application support requests and needs.
• SUCCESSFACTORS & OTHER TALENT ACQUISITION & ONBOARDING APPLICATION SUPPORT: Provides business consultation and conducts complex technical application support activities to deliver on business outcomes.
• STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Partners with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers and business partners to ensure configurations align with business requirements, product standards and project goals.
• INCIDENT & REQUEST MANAGEMENT: Leads prioritization of incoming incident tickets and user requests.
• VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Handles positive relationships with software vendors and negotiates complex contracts.

Qualifications

Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.

Preferred Experience

• Certifications and/or experience with SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Modules
• Certifications and/or experience with other talent acquisition applications preferred (e.g., Smart Recruiters, Paradox, LinkedIn, HireRight, and other talent attraction, selection, and onboarding technology solutions)
