Advantage Technical is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to drive SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting integrations for enterprise customers. You will guide clients through planning, configuration, testing, and launch, coordinating with TA and IT teams to ensure seamless data exchange.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or Recruiting Management.
• Experience supporting enterprise ATS integrations or technical implementations.
• Strong understanding of recruiting and candidate-lifecycle workflows.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for enterprise ATS integrations, with a strong emphasis on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Guide customers through integration planning, configuration, testing, launch, and transition to ongoing support.
• Manage implementation plans, technical activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with customer Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT teams to understand business goals and recruiting workflows.
• Translate recruiting requirements into effective integration configurations.
• Help customers understand technical documentation, configuration requirements, and testing procedures.
• Advise customers on validation and testing best practices.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues involving system configuration, data exchange, workflows, and integration behavior.
• Coordinate with internal product, engineering, sales, strategy, and customer success teams.
• Maintain timely communication and provide a high-quality customer experience throughout each implementation.
• Document implementation findings, recurring issues, and recommended process improvements.
• Help improve integration workflows, tools, documentation, and scalable onboarding practices.

Senior Technical Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors Integrations

Contract: 12+ Months

100% Remote

We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to support enterprise customers through the implementation of recruiting technology integrations. This role will focus heavily on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and will guide customers through the full integration lifecycle, including planning, configuration, validation, testing, launch, and post-production troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting with strong integration, project coordination, and customer-facing skills. You will partner directly with Talent Acquisition and IT teams to understand recruiting workflows, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure successful data exchange between enterprise ATS platforms and external recruiting solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or Recruiting Management
• Experience supporting enterprise ATS integrations or technical implementations
• Strong understanding of recruiting and candidate-lifecycle workflows
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and XML
• Understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, URLs, and URL parameters
• Experience troubleshooting integration, configuration, workflow, and data-exchange issues
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple implementations or technical workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Customer-focused, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
