Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Sr Application Developer to provide technical leadership and develop database applications within IT - Service Delivery. The role emphasizes hands-on design, coding, and system maintenance to support core business processes.

You will review, design, and implement solutions for core systems, work with APIs and database structures, and collaborate with owners and stakeholders to define requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience preferred
• 7+ years in software design, programming, maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and documentation required

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and support for development, configuration and maintenance of database applications.
• Review, design, and implement solutions for core systems using third and fourth generation languages.
• Collaborate with technical staff and business partners on platforms, APIs, services, and database structures.
• Lead evaluation and analysis of data to improve performance; maintain design specifications and test plans.
