Responsibilities

• Prepare written procedures, policies, reports and correspondence; collaborate with departments corporate wide.
• Collaborate with customers, staff, IT colleagues and stakeholders to identify requirements, assess impacts and recommend solutions.
• Identify issues and recommend solutions; create presentations for clients and tailor to audience.
