enGen seeks an experienced IT project leader to manage application software development within IT projects. You will plan, lead, and monitor delivery, assess directions, and drive strategic execution while coordinating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS, CS or closely related discipline.
• Master’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS, CS preferred.
• 5 years in a leadership/mentoring role.
• 5 years planning, implementing, maintaining and growing capabilities.
• 3 years developing, communicating and presenting concepts to varying audiences.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with all levels by managing expectations, planning meetings, and translating needs for staff.
• Prepare procedures, policies, reports, and correspondence; collaborate and negotiate with departments.
• Collaborate with customers, staff, IT, and stakeholders to identify requirements, assess impacts, and recommend solutions.
• Identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Create presentations and present concepts to clients of varying levels and sizes.
• Implement recommendations and ensure client receives necessary assistance.
• Liaise with clients to keep them informed of progress and decisions.
• Advise on options, risks, costs vs. benefits, and impact on processes and systems.
