Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking an Application Architect to provide the technical vision within an application domain. You will develop architecture roadmaps, govern frameworks, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and usage patterns across the delivery teams.

You will communicate architectural trends, establish standards, mentor staff, and evaluate solutions to deliver secure, scalable software while collaborating with business partners and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of related experience in application architecture.
• Strong communication and leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate the application architecture and roadmap.
• Design, document, and govern frameworks/platforms for consumption by the technical delivery organization.
• Be accountable for the evolution of the overall architecture strategy and its alignment with enterprise architecture and usage patterns.
• Communicate and govern use of architectural trends and best practices across the domain.
• Develop and communicate standards around design leadership, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct product/solution evaluations for architectural domain; may mentor delivery staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
