Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering software across full SDLC
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field
• Experience translating customer needs into actionable technical requirements
• Experience with business process analysis and modeling
• Experience with application architecture, UI design, and relational databases
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and collaborate
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
• Ability to report status, risks, and changes to stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of customer application development projects from requirements through deployment and sustainment
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and prioritize business requirements
• Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions (process maps, requirements, UI designs, data models, DB architectures, interfaces)
• Develop architectures and approaches that are scalable, maintainable, secure
• Lead and contribute to development, testing, deployment, training, and sustainment
• Provide technical leadership to developers and mentor junior/mid-level staff
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and changes to stakeholders
• Support customer relationships and identify opportunities to improve processes and solutions
• Design intuitive UIs with meaningful dashboards and reporting for executives and managers
• Evaluate and recommend automation, modernization, and data utilization improvements
• Participate in demonstrations, design reviews, and Customer presentations
