Job summary

eStaff LLC seeks a Senior Consultant to deliver architecture services for client IT systems, translating business needs into scalable designs and guiding multi-team implementations. The role starts with on-site onboarding in Huntsville, TX, and offers remote, in-office, or hybrid work based on project needs; occasional meetings in Austin or Huntsville may occur.

Travel is not reimbursed. Requires 8+ years of consulting, strong SQL Server/HTML/XML, AWS-like cloud exposure, Databricks, and Power

Qualifications

8+ years of consulting experience.
4+ years with SQL Server, XML, and HTML.
2+ years with Cloud platforms (AWS-centric or hybrid).
2+ years with Databricks.
2+ years with Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

Translate operational business needs into architecture and system design.
Develop physical system architecture to guide design and deployment.
Identify architecture considerations (performance, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and integration).
Build and maintain physical and logical models that balance data, processing, and technology components.
Resolve issues involving technology components responsible for functional capabilities, including cross-technology communication and integration.
Publish, update, and maintain architecture documentation to ensure alignment with business requirements and architecture standards.
Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams across multiple service providers and stakeholders.
Apply systems development processes and methodologies to deliver timely, high-quality solutions.
