You will mentor development teams, drive technical solutions, and deliver intuitive interfaces, dashboards, and data visualizations that empower senior leaders and functional managers to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering software applications across the full software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience translating informal or high‑level customer needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Experience with business process analysis and modeling, including workflows and business rules.
• Experience with architecture, UI design, and relational database design.
• Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with other developers.
• Strong customer‑facing communication with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of customer application development projects from requirements through deployment and sustainment.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and prioritize requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions including processes, rules, UI designs, data models, and interfaces.
• Develop architectures and approaches that are scalable, secure, and aligned with customer needs.
• Mentor junior/mid-level developers and promote high-quality solutions.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and changes to stakeholders.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and dashboards for senior management and functional leads.
• Identify opportunities to automate and modernize government business processes.
